I hid that trembling light in my young hands
I've traveled this far, wandering the abyss of time

I continued to search for you, though I know not even your name
I wanted to hand over to you just one single feeling

Time catches deep in its arms both love and pain
And erases them, but I remember them
And always will...

It's reverberated deep in my chest for I know not how long...
Though it's a whisper fainter than a drop of evening dew

May the prayer I spun towards the darkness of the frozen stars
Reach all the way to your distant sky...

Not much time left...

32 days...how far can I go...? Let fate decide? No, I'll do my best this time.

Hoping to make her smile.

Great Concert, Great Night

Yet another PET-CT scan coming up, scheduled in early May this year. Been 1.5 years since the previous one. You know, receiving my PET-CT scan results is way more terrifying than receiving my uni. exam results...... I just hope everything will be fine...

Went to friend's classical music concert performed by NUS Symphony Orchestra last night at Victoria Concert Hall. "Romantique Fantastique" (by Hector Berlioz) was the highlight of the night, and also the name of the concert. Was a very good performance! The main attraction was a five-variation musical narrative depicting An Episode in the Life of an Artist, from the artist's soul-sickness before seeing his ideal beloved, to glimpsing at her at a ball, (not sure if they got together, but the epilogue said they were married for 1 year, though Variations 3 to 5 seem to imply that he did not win her heart) and passes away in the end... Including this visit, I've been to VCH 4 times, 3 of which I was on the stage performing in the choir. It was only last night that I realized the quality of any performance can be amplified additionally by so much. This amplification probably owes to the setup of the entire concert hall.

Went to a pub later at night with friends where we had a good chat over beer and buffalo wings. I don't drink, nor do I pub/club, so yea it was my first time, and I can say I probably wouldn't go there often, but I definitely wouldn't mind going with friends once in a while. x) Tried beer at Brewerkz, which left me a very bad impression of beer as it was much more bitter than I expected (wrong cup probably). Didn't order other alcoholic drinks, so maybe next time. Buffalo wings were quite good, though they only had 3 levels of spiciness; Sunset Grill's buffalo wings have 11 levels (can't conclude on the taste, since I only had them as takeaways so far).

Last week was very relaxing, but not this one. Lab report + essay to do, not to mention the assignment to compose a piece of music in MIDI format that is gonna be due soon......

Nice wet day today.

Need to progress more quickly, or I'll probably not see her again after graduation...

Untitled

It's very tiring to try to sleep when I'm not sleepy. I'll never do that again, even if there are morning lectures the next day.

And I'm so happy I have in my hands another book related to my school work: Molecular Quantum Mechanics by Atkins and Friedman. It's a rarity; this is my 6th semester (26th to 30th module) and I have only come in contact with...6 books so far I think. Anyway, Quantum Chemistry is rather abstract, thus difficult. So I'd better continue studying for the test on Friday.

And I'm very happy we're making good progress in our relationship.

Rebirth

I've deleted my old posts but stored those memories in a notepad file. About to come up with new posts; here's (a preview of) what I'm into during my free time these days (note: the video is loud, please lower volume before starting!).

The name's Valkyrie Sky by GameKiss, a MMOShmUp (that's how youtubians classify it. Basically it's MMO-arcade shooter).

A normal stage run with two players, and a boss at the end (at 2:03):

Valkyrie Sky's Abyssmal Labyrinth, an endurance run of bosses:
